This is a specially designed 4-week program that takes you through a carefully planned journey of subconscious transformation, ultimately leading to rapid stress relief.

This 4 week transformation challenge is a one-click way to have BrainOS take you through the right path to experience transformative stress relief.

The stress relief program is split into 4 weeks. Each week you will go through a series of programs that carry that are designed to help you overcome stress through subliminal audio.

You will receive 1 email each morning with the days reflections. Reflections are self-affirming statements that are part of your subconscious reprogramming throughout the day.

Each morning you will need to listen to the Week 1 Morning Track that will appear inside your account in Brain OS.

Then, during the day, depending on whether you’re working in an office, or from home or not working but doing some chores or looking after family, you can play the Week 1 Daytime track.

Then, just before, bedtime, we also recommend that you read the morning reflections once again and put on the Week 1 Night Track in Brain OS and fall asleep to the tranquil sounds of water as your brain gets reprogrammed while you sleep.

For Week 2, 3 and 4, the routine is exactly the same with the only difference being the duration and type of tracks you will listen to for subconscious reprogramming.

  • Night Time: 8 Hour Delta Isochronic Track for stress relief while you are asleep.

Week 2

  • Morning: 30 Minutes, Ambient Sound that will relieve stress through positive affirmations
  • Daytime: 1 Hour Live Radio, Easy Listening, Lounge Music to help with targeted stress relief
  • Night Time: 8 Hour Delta Isochronic Track for stress relief at night time.

Week 3

  • Morning: 30 Minutes, Ambient Sound with for stress relief
  • Daytime: 3 Hours Live Radio, Easy Listening, Lounge Music
  • Night Time: 8 Hour Delta Isochronic Track for subconscious reprogramming for stress relief while you sleep

Week 4

  • Morning: 1 Hour, Ambient Sound with affirmations for stress relief
  • Daytime: 3 Hours Live Radio, Easy Listening, Lounge Music
  • Night Time: 8 Hour Delta Isochronic Track for subconscious reprogramming
