So to begin with, you need to set out an intention. This can be anything from improving your focus on one task to achieving an improvement in your health.
The next thing that you need to do is to have a quiet place that is free from distractions, such as radios, TV, etc., to practice your self hypnosis. You can practice in a quiet place away from other people as well.
Now traditional self-hypnosis goes on the idea that the next step is to find a positive mental picture in your subconscious mind.
